Summer Enrichment Survey

The St. Landry Parish School System is planning to offer high school students a variety of learning opportunities this summer. The areas that are under consideration are Book Club, ACT Prep Camp, STEM Camp, and Art Enrichment Camp. Programs will be offered based on student interest. The summer programs will be offered in the month of July. Dates to be determined. Parents of students in grades 9 through 12 who are interested in enrolling their children in the program should complete the short survey below for each child enrolled in grades 9 - 12. This is not a sign-up form, and families will not be committed to the program by completing this questionnaire. This survey is only for interested parents. This survey will aid us in planning and determining what sites will be needed and which courses will be offered. Registration information will be released in the month of May. We hope that your child will be able to join us for a summer of learning fun!
