Parent and Family Engagement Survey

Parent and Family Engagement Survey

The Parent and Family Engagement Survey consists of 16 items and is designed to gather feedback from parents. The survey is designed to be completed by parents one per SCHOOL (not child). If the parent/guardian has children in multiple schools, they should complete 1 survey PER SCHOOL. If all students attend the same school, then they only complete 1 survey.
